I created this page when someone asked for the March 2009 minutes -- which I'd thought had been posted already. Art has now told me he tried doing that once for all the minutes, but he ran into a 50-file limit on all attachments for our Wiki. So I am deleting the attachments from this page and posting his link (also on the Home page).
